Not Much

There is not much going on at our home these days. I was sick all of last week with a touch of the flu (despite getting a flu shot) and an awful cold and an ear infection. It was not fun -but a heck of a lot better than the stomach flu, I guess. William was also sick with and awful cold and double ear infection. Fortunately, no one else came down with any of it.

The girls did get 2 snow days while I was sick -bummer that I could not really enjoy it with them. They did just have this past Friday off as well for end of quarter. I took them to see Bridge to Terabithia. The movie was not what I expected -but it was very good.

Mom just called me here at work to tell me that one of my Great Aunts passed away last night. I had not seen Aunt Sis for maybe a year, we were not close at all. I do remember her coming to visit us when I was a child. She was a very nice person.

We have conferences for all 3 children on Monday. It is also book fair time and I expect we will drop a good chunk of money there for some new books. The girls are already excited, about the book fair that is.

I am hoping/planning on taking the girls shopping tomorrow for some Easter outfits. I have looked online for sale outfits -but have not found a darn thing. Hopefully tomorrow will turn up some bargains:)
